1971 LAND ROVER SERIES 2A 200TDI GALVANISED CHASSIS + BULKHEAD FOR SALE

We are in the process of a full body restoration inside and out. This will include a full galvanised spec ie new door bottoms, tops and rear door. This will ensure maintenance free motoring with no nasty welding bills. The pictures are of ones we have completed already.

We are completing this to our usual high standard with “as new” appearance, finished in your favourite colour with all cappings re-galvanised.

It is tax and mot exempts so will cost so very little to maintain.

What’s interesting about this one is that it has been built with everyday use and longevity in mind… what’s not to like about that!

Engine is the bombproof 200tdi taken from a Discovery 1 with the turbo removed. This is a great idea so as not to damage the drivetrain with too much power.

This example sports many cleaver upgrades in its specification to include;

• 200 di engine achieving great mpg’s
• Galvanised bulkhead.
• Galvanised chassis.
• Galvanised doors all round
• New seals all round
• Rare Maltese grill.
• All running gear will be either new or refurbished.
• Rare series 2 door hinges.

• New canvas hood.

Inside will be 3 front seats with new seat belts. To the rear we can add 2 more bench seats making this a seven seater if so required.
