For sale through AB 4x4s Cleveland on behalf of a customer is this fantastic 300 TDI special ‘Black Edition’..professional rebuild, including galvanised chassis.
Comprehensive and total rebuild (including galvanised chassis) by renowned marque specialists. (See video link of rebuild). This lovely 300 TDI was rebuilt around 2012 by this marque specialist for one of their customers. The subsequent and current owner bought it directly from these specialists in 2014 with a then nominal mileage of only around 5,000 since their rebuild. Under his present ownership this superb Land Rover has only covered an extra approx 2,000 hugely enjoyable miles, consequently the total mileage since the rebuild is now only circa 7,000. The tow bar is also unused under present ownership. This special Land Rover, after the rebuild in 2012, featured the ‘silver SVX’ grill, reminiscent of the anniversary model. The present owner has improved the vehicle further under his ownership, culminating in a special ‘Black edition’ Land Rover. Within the last couple of years or so, this Land Rover has been fitted with lovely black ‘KBX’ grill with stainless steel mesh, ‘KBX’ black vents, black Momo steering wheel, 4 x black ‘saw tooth’ wheels complete with black ‘Land Rover wheel centre badges’, black ‘cubby box’/integral centre armrest, recent 4x ‘General Grabber AT2 tyres with ‘snowflake/winter symbol’, ‘clear LED sidelights’ etc. These further enhancements, complete the special ‘black edition’ and ‘stealth’ effect and make this vehicle even more desirable and greatly admired. These complement the ‘special metallic black paintwork, heated black ‘Diamond XS leather’ 2 front seats. The sale price will also include the matching black middle 3rd seat, should the next owner, wish to have the option of replacing the fitted ‘cubby box’. Similarly, if required, the 2012 ‘silver SVX grill’ can be included in the sale price. Again included in the sale price, is the desirable and appropriate, age related registration number for a 300 Defender - ‘P30 DEF’ This vehicle has been pampered by the present owner, who has a private collection of desirable vehicles, and the next owner will be a very fortunate person indeed. We estimate that to completely rebuild such a Land Rover at today’s cost, to a similar and high standard would cost in the region of £30,000. Please note, the Land Rover has been expensively chequer plated (under the current mats) in both the driver and passenger floor, plus the whole of the rear, again including under the central mats.
